I have not checked out the dimensions, but i am sure you have similar bike (Harley) dealers in the UK.

Trailer based stuff is cheaper ( http://www.anhaenger-ersatzteile.de/Karosserie---Fahrwerk/Kotfluegel/Einachskotfluegel/Paar-Kotfluegel-aus-Stahlblech---22-80-cm.html ) but maybe not that thick.

and see if by doing a bit of fabrication work it will fit.
